How We Ship
At PEZUNA®, we want your order to arrive on time and in great condition. This page explains how we process, ship, and track your items, along with what to do if you run into delivery issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, distance from our facility, and the carrier used.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 3–8 business days. Because many of our pieces are handcrafted and made to order, occasional delays can happen. This extra time ensures each item meets our quality standards. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may also take a little longer. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on where each item is produced. This helps us get parts of your order to you as quickly as possible. You’ll receive a separate tracking link for each shipment.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship using reliable carriers, and the available options will be shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on the method you choose and your location. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–9 business days after shipping, but times can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unexpected factors. In some cases, delivery may take up to 25 days depending on your location, our current order volume, product availability, or other logistical considerations.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States. Expanding internationally is a priority, but we are rolling it out gradually to make sure every new location receives the same level of quality, reliability, and service. We plan to add countries in stages, focusing first on regions where we can ensure dependable delivery and support.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey from our facility to your door. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear after you receive your link. In some cases, updates may pause temporarily while your order is in transit between facilities.
Because some of our products are handcrafted or produced by international partners before being sent to the U.S. for final delivery, additional transit time may occasionally be required. While rare, this can extend your delivery window beyond the original estimate.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you need to update it after purchase, contact us immediately through our Contact Us page or by emailing info@pezuna.com. We can only make changes if your order has not yet shipped.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order. This applies even when the original order qualified for free shipping.
Delivery Issues and Lost Orders in Transit
All PEZUNA® shipments include tracking, but scan frequency and accuracy can vary depending on the carrier. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, first check your tracking information for updates.
If tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, check around your property and with neighbors, as carriers may leave packages in alternate locations. You can also contact your local post office for more details.
If you still can’t locate your order, reach out through our Contact Us page or email info@pezuna.com with your order number and relevant details. If the issue is due to a PEZUNA® error, we will replace the order at no cost. If the package was misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally be extended due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Holidays and Weekends
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays. Any orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day. During peak holiday seasons, order volumes and carrier schedules may cause additional delays, so placing your order early is recommended.
