    What is PEZUNA? PEZUNA®, INC. is a premier online retailer specializing in unique clothing, sporting goods, accessories, handcrafted artworks, and sculptures. Our mission is to deliver high-quality products that meet the diverse tastes and needs of our customers. All our exclusive designs are created in California, USA.

    Where can I find sizing information for PEZUNA products? Sizing information for each product is available on its respective product page.

    When will I receive my order? It takes 3-8 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location—the typical shipping times are:  

    USA: 5-​7 business days  
    International: 7-17 business days

    Please note that each product is specially made for you as soon as you place your order, which is why delivery might take a bit longer. By producing items on demand rather than in bulk, we help reduce overproduction and promote sustainability. Thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.     What is the return policy for PEZUNA products? We currently do not offer returns or exchanges. Returns are only available for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues. For more information please see our Return and Refund Policy page.

    Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. PEZUNA is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply.

    What do I need to know about ordering internationally? Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees. We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.

    My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

    • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 
    • Ask your local post office if they have your package. 
    • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. 

    Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise—If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be.

    If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@pezuna.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but  the new order would be at your expense.

    I received a defective/damaged/incorrect product, what should I do? We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@pezuna.com so we can evaluate the issue and guide you through the next steps. To assist us in resolving the issue, please include the following information in your email:

    • Order number
    • Description of the damage or issue
    • Photographs of the defective or incorrect item

    Any claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
