Every product page includes a detailed Size Guide to help you find your perfect fit. We recommend checking it before placing your order—especially for items with unique silhouettes or unisex sizing.

It depends on where we are in the process. If you reach out shortly after placing your order, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations — but we can’t guarantee it. Once production begins, edits aren’t always possible. Reach out as soon as possible at info@pezuna.com, and we’ll let you know what’s doable.

Each item is made just for you. Fulfillment takes 3–8 business days, then your order is shipped. Estimated shipping times within the USA are 5–9 business days

Because most items are handcrafted, occasional delays may happen depending on the item, our current order volume, and where the blank product is sourced. You’ll see accurate delivery estimates during checkout.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email from us with a tracking link. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.

If your order hasn’t arrived, try these quick steps first:

• Double-check your shipping confirmation for address errors
• Ask your local post office
• Check with neighbors in case it was left nearby

If the address was correct and it’s still missing, email info@pezuna.com with your order number, full name, and any relevant details. If we made a mistake, we’ll replace the order at no cost to you.

We don’t currently offer returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues. For full details, visit our Return & Refund Policy page.

• Order number
• Full name
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the item
